Sports with personal guidance, but in the meantime benefit from the benefits of group lessons? In addition to physiotherapy and Personal Training, Fittrr also provides small group training courses. This allows you to train at fixed times during the week, in the company of a small group (up to six participants) and save on costs.

The different classes explained

Location: In the studio | Level: All levels

During this circuit training we work on building and / or improving strength and condition. It is an intensive training in groups, where you perform an exercise individually or in pairs. Many exercises are inspired by the Crossfit and Functional training. By varying in resistance, tempo and rest everyone trains at his / her own level. In this lesson we use materials and weights, such as kettlebells, balls, resistance bands and barbells.

Location: In the studio | Level: All levels

A wonderful workout with which you train the whole body. There is hardly any use of materials, but especially of your own body weight. The lesson has a low intensity, so you train little cardio, but especially the muscles. Each lesson is a varied series of exercises where you can think of strength exercises like push ups, squats, sit ups, lunges and planks. And we also work on mobility and stability with exercises based on functional training. There is guaranteed to be an exercise that you have never done anywhere else. That’s why the bodyweight workout is a fun way to be intensively involved with your own body, for extra strength, body control, shaping and strengthening your core.

 Bootcamp

Location: Outside(gathering in the studio) | Level: semi-advanced

The city is our playground! With the bootcamp lesson we go outside and we defy all kinds of elements that Rotterdam has to offer us. We use obstacles we encounter for the exercises and sometimes material from the studio is used. For this bootcamp it is nice if you can run at least 5 to 10 minutes in one piece. We will run to different locations in the center to do exercises there. Both strength and condition will be trained and the bootcamp will take place outside each time.

 

 Cross training

Location: In the studio | Level: semi-advanced

One of the most popular sports at the moment is Crossfit. A challenging sport where your muscles are trained in different ways. Think of weightlifting, pull ups, pistol squats and box jumps. During every training there is a new challenge waiting for you, where time is your friend or your enemy. What we stand for at all times is quality over quantity. The trainer (s) make sure that you do your exercise properly. And that is sometimes difficult because Crossfit is known for the competition element with difficult, complicated and heavy exercises. In short: During the cross training at Fittrr we use different elements from the crossfit, without losing sight of the quality of movement. Even if you regularly crossfit, this is a fun lesson to improve your technique. Are you ready !?

 

 

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

Location: In the studio | Level: semi-advanced

Who does not want to be more efficient and faster in this busy time. HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training, or training your body with a high intensity. It is a short but tough lesson, where you train strength and especially cardio. Will you get out of breath? Sure! In 30 min the whole body will be trained and you will feel better than ever afterwards. We work with your own body weight, throwing balls, kettlebells fly through the air and that with only a very short break in between. You do not sweat, you GLOW!

 

Costs and registration

Fittrr works with strip cards of 10 lessons. This strip card is personal and valid for 1 year after purchase. You register for your class in advance via the Fittrr online portal for the lesson you want to participate in. Do this on time, because full = full! You can cancel your group lessons up to 6 hours in advance, without any costs. If you log out too short in advance, the lesson will be deducted from your credits.
